Casa Lola - Available to rent all year
January to April (Excluding NY and Easter weeks) £1195 a week
Peak season - Second half of July and month of August, £1660 a week.
May, June, 1st half of July, £1195 PW.
September to late December £1195 a week.
High Season - Christmas & New Year and Easter weeks, £1395.00
Central heating and logs are included in the price during the winter months October through to April.

Linen, laundry and final cleaning bill inclusive of price.
Please bring beach towels.
For long lets, the price is negotiable. Please contact owner for details.

Guests must arrive no earlier than 4.00pm on the day of arrival and will need to vacate the house by 10.00am on the day of departure so it can be cleaned. A 25% deposit required on booking and a refundable £250 deposit (or Euros if easier) to cover potential breakages.
A simple welcome pack can be supplied on arrival, which will be charged at cost plus a small shopping fee - please contact us for details.
