Casa Lola - Available to rent all year
Peak season - Second half of July and month of August, £1580 a week.
High Season - Christmas & New Year weeks, May, June, 1st half of July, £1080 PW.
Mid season - September £900 a week.
Low season - rest of year £700 a week.
Central heating not included in the price - it is metered and charged at cost, as is wood and coal for the stove.

Linen, laundry and final cleaning bill inclusive of price.
Please bring beach towels.

Guests must arrive no earlier than 4.00pm on the day of arrival and will need to vacate the house by 10.00am on the day of departure so it can be cleaned. A 25% deposit required on booking and a refundable £250 deposit to cover potential breakages.
A simple welcome pack will be supplied on arrival, comprising of bread, butter, milk plus a few other basics.
